Volunteering with SPUFC

We have a range of tasks where no previous experience is required, only a passion to help in a positive way.

How You Can Help

Some of the regular tasks include:

    • updating administrative documents;
    • helping run social events (such as quiz night, pre-season drinks, and awards night);
    • helping at fundraising events;
    • helping prepare and serve food and drinks at the canteen;
    • inventory stocktake;
    • storeroom cleaning;
    • pumping up balls; and
    • organising the clubhouse items.
Flexibility

There is no minimum or maximum amount of hours for people interested in volunteering with the club.

Professional Development

Getting involved in the club is great for personal and professional development. You can include it on your resume, contribute to your community service, share on your linkedin including the club page and potentially receive a personal reference contact from the club.

A Valued Part of Our Community

In the past we have held volunteers and sponsors thank you events, to come together to celebrate and thank the people who help make the club strong, enjoying free food and drinks together.
